Return and Cancellation Policy
Items once sold would not be subject to return policy. Products once sold can only be exchanged / replaced with the same product, subject to stock availability and terms of exchange / replacement policy.
EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY :
We may replace the item on the ground of following discrepancies:
If you have received the product with a broken seal.
If the product is not of appropriate mentioned quantity.
If the product is different from the product you ordered.
If the product is found to be contaminated.
Provided that exchange / replacement can only be made with respect to same product depending upon the availability of the stock, and after approval being made by the production team.
Request for Exchange / Replacement of product(s) shall only be made within 24 hrs of Delivery of the product, subject to proper photography and videography of the product(s), which shall further subject to approval by production team. Once the replacement / exchange of product is accepted, a confirmation email would be sent on the registered email address for the process of initiation of the same.
Exchange / Replacement of products is eligible only for damaged products. Any exchange / replacement requested must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, seal and packaging intact.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Order(s) once placed are eligible to be cancelled only prior to the confirmation call / SMS received from the multano team.
Cancellation for orders can be made by going to ‘My Orders’ on the website, clicking on the order and then hitting the cancel order. Please specify the reason for cancellation.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the payment was made. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode which was used for making the payment.
All the payments made digitally using, credit card/debit card/net banking/ wallet, the user / customer will get the refund for the order at the source account within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation (depending upon the processing time of the bank).
No cancellation of orders shall be initiated after the confirmation from the team. Customer / User shall not be entitled to any refund in this case.

The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Multano and orders can be cancelled if the product goes out of stock. Multano reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price which may be higher or lower than published. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and / or payment been levied via credit card or debit card or otherwise. In the event, the payment has been processed by Multano the refund amount shall be credited to the credit card / debit card account and duly notified to you via email / SMS.
In a credit / debit card transaction, you must use a credit card / debit card that is issued in the name of the customer / user itself. Multano will not be liable for any credit card / debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to use a credit card / debit card or a net banking transaction fraudulently will be on the customer / user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the customer / user. Any request for cancellation of orders (in this regard) once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
In the event of non-delivery of a product on account of a mistake by a customer / user (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Multano for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer / user placing the order.
Multano reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities or freight or handling charges or shipping charges or statutory taxes.
Multano and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel orders for the product in their sole discretion for any reason which can include but not limited to, the product being out of stock, or for any other reason without intimation to the user.

Prices for products are described on our website and are incorporated into these terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products, and services may change at Multano’s sole discretion without prior intimation.

In accordance with the current legislation, Multano is obliged to charge GST on all orders with delivery addresses. GST will be charged at the legally applicable rate.
