If any dispute, difference or claim arises between you and multano in connection with these terms and conditions, validity, interpretation, implementation or breach of any of these terms and conditions or anything done or omitted to be done in pursuant to these terms and conditions, then it should be resolved amicably through negotiation / conciliation. Even then, if the dispute is not resolved through such negotiation / conciliation within thirty days after the commencement of discussions or such longer period as the parties agree to in writing then the same shall be settled through arbitration to be held exclusively at “New Delhi” in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment thereof and shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by multano. The award of arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties concerned. The venue of Arbitration proceedings shall be at New Delhi only, and language of such proceedings shall be in English.


If any provision of the terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.
