After placing the order with multano.in, you are advised to follow the below mentioned terms and conditions:
- All the orders placed with us are subject to the availability of selected products. If a product is out of stock after you have selected it, we will notify you on your email or mobile number. If the payment has been made, we will refund it as a coupon where you can purchase anything of an equal amount, which is again subject to the availability of product(s).
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement on e-mail stating the confirmation of your order. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean acceptance of your order / offer, it would merely be information and your order / offer would only be accepted subject to realization of your payment.
- We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and set prices are accurate. However, unintentional discrepancies may not be ruled out. If it is discovered by us that the mentioned price at which you have placed the order is incorrect, we will inform you at the earliest. You will be given the following two options-
o You can reconfirm your order at the corrected new price;
o If you do not wish to make the purchase any longer, you can cancel your order; and the debited amount shall be initiated in the same mode of payment as it was made.
- As a condition of purchase, the Site requires your permission to send you administrative and promotional emails/text messages/calls. We will send you information regarding your account activity and purchases, as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. We shall have no responsibility in any manner whatsoever regarding any promotional emails/calls/SMS/MMS sent to you. The offers made in those promotional emails/calls/SMS/MMS shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the multano and the multano owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding such change.
- By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase products you have selected based on standard site restrictions, merchant specific restrictions, and on the terms and conditions stated.
- You are required to create an account in order to purchase any product from our Site. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your orders and view your past purchases.
Multano.in will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
