TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. In case you don’t receive an email from our side, please check your spam folder or can contact us at support@multano.in.

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders to metro and two-tier cities are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.

Orders to remote locations take about 5-7 working days.

For areas with no reputed courier services – products will be shipped through Indian Postal Services which may take 1-2 weeks time depending upon the location.

Note:-The parcel may take more than defined time due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation.

TERMINATION:

  • Multano.in may suspend or terminate your use of the website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the terms and conditions.
  • Notwithstanding the above, these terms will survive indefinitely unless and until multano.in chooses to terminate them.
  • You shall be liable to pay for the product that you have already ordered till the time of Cancellation / Termination by either party whatsoever.

FORCE MAJEURE

Multano / Organihome Foods Pvt. Ltd. will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless multano.in from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses asserted against or incurred by multano.in that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these terms.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India and shall subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at ‘New Delhi’ only.
